Journal of Nanobiotechnology – A special issue with the results of NRP 64

Journal of Nanobiotechnology

The special issue of the Journal of Nanobiotechnology on NRP 64 has been published.

The results of the National Research Programme NRP 64 "Opportunities and Risks of Nanomaterials" show that new key technologies such as the use of nanomaterials need to be closely monitored through basic research due to the lack of long-term experiments, for both the exposure period and the period thereafter. In addition, there is a dearth of data on inner tissue barriers, except for data concerning the lungs and the placenta.

The special issue of the Journal of Nanobiotechnology contains a number of scientific articles and reviews, and is intended for anyone with a scientific interest in the results of NRP 64. This report is available online, in English, as a PDF file or in printed form.
