ERA-Net EuroNanoMed

Nanotechnology is a strategic priority in Europe. Technologies related to this sector have a vast potential for developing public welfare and economic growth, changing the way of life of citizens in many fields of application: healthcare, Information and Communication Technologies, the environment. The main purpose of the ERA-Net EuroNanoMed call is to generate transnational collaboration for research and development in the field of Nanomedicine in Europe. The focus of the call may be broadly defined as the comprehensive monitoring, control, construction, repair, defence and improvement of all human biological systems, working from the molecular level using engineered devices and nanostructures, ultimately to achieve medical benefit.
